Datasets for Oryctolagus cuniculus

Visualization

Raw data were converted from Leica Image File to VTK files. VTK files can be open with Fiji and the BioEmergences's Fiji Tools available here. Alternatively, Paraview can natively display VTK files.

Reconstructed data can be open with the BioEmergences Workflow. Please, make sure to watch the instruction video (click here) before installing the BioEmergences's Workflow on MacOS. The reconstructed data must be copied to the Mov-IT's cache folder. By default, this folder is located under /Users/<username>/BioEmergences-Workflow/cache on MacOS).

To facilitate automatic analysis, datasets were transformed to display only one embryo and mask the others with black voxels (see Materials and Methods).
